This 1991 Crown Victoria was recently restored to its former California Highway Patrol glory by CrownVic.net members SteveS and Tallen. It has been a real crowd pleaser whenever it has been shown, and won "Best out of Service Police Cruiser" at the Tune by Tuna - Whelen 911 show in Springfield, MA.
