BigAl Member Registered: 12/10/02 Posts: 223 Loc: Nashville, NC	Anybody else had this problem? Ordered piston rings for the HO engine I am rebuilding only to find out they don't fit. RockAuto lists two different sizes. One set is 5/64" 1st & 2nd rings and 3/16" oil ring. Thats what I bought, Sealed Power E-251K. However my engine takes 1.5mm 1st & 2nd ring and 4.0mm oil ring, Sealed Power E-458K. Is this typical of 5.0 engines to have either. My engine is out of a '88 Mark VII LSC. I bought the rings from Summit because of lower price than RockAuto. _________________________ 1998 Crown Vic LX
