Where is the a/c orifice tube located?

Where exactly is it located and how do I get to it? Pics would be great.

I can only assume that you need it for the '95 ??

It is located in the evaporator core inlet tube and has filter screens located on the inlet and outlet ends of the tube body.



Once the inlet line is removed from the evaporator the orifice tube can be accessed. There is a special tool to remove it, but some have been lucky by using a good needlenose plier.

And remember, when putting it in, the orange side with the tabs face the front of the car...I've put one in backwards before...sorta worked, but not in a good way. the tabs are on the end so if its stuck you can get a puller on it to pull it out.
