best way to remove fuel from tank?

I'm getting ready to junk my 93tc but would like to remove the aprox. 15gal of gas in the tank. Any suggestions? The battery is not hooked up and no battery terminals so would like to do without power. If I have to I can hook battery up temp. Thanks

You can also remove the fuel filler neck (by cutting it off right at the tank) and then siphon it out with a pipe. You can also remove the pump and siphon from there too.

Why not just disconnect the fuel line under the car and stick it in a can, then turn on the ignition a several times? Let the pump do all the work. or rather than turn on the ignition several times, simply plug a jumper wire into the fuel pump relay socket. When junking old vics, I usually disconnect the pressure line at the fuel rail and connect a hose to it and into a gas can.

Put a clean catch can of some sorts, large enough to hold the fuel in the tank and punch a whole in the tank with a phillips head screw driver. And if the metal screwdriver sparks against the steel fuel tank?  Serge and BMFer's ideas sound the best to me. You could probably unhook it right at the fuel filter inlet if you wanted as well. The fuel pump relay is in the relay bank by the cruise servo, attached to the vacuum reservoir

At the junkyard they punch every single tank with an air chisel, been doin that for as long as the yard has been around, haven't ever had an issue.

Tomorrow is doomsday for my 93tc so I decided to try a $3 Siphon from Walmart and it worked great. It comes with a 6 foot hose which you will need to get all the way into the tank. Pumped out about 8gal.
Someone posted that our Panthers have an anti siphon valve but that is not the case. The only thing I had to do was prop open the flapper at the gas nozzle with a screwdriver and insert siphon hose. I guess from now on I will be more wary of gas thieves. Thanks for all the suggestions
BTW--someone is coming to pick up the TC for scrap and giving me $200.
