I have checked all my vacumm lines and I still get a p0171 code , bank 1 too lean . I am wondering if this could be caused by a leaking o-ring on a fuel injector for that bank. On the code list all 02 sensors have there own code and it seems everything else does except this any ideas ? Thanks Scott

you could also have a leak at the manifold. does your car idle fine? When was the last time you replaced the fuel filter?

Have you tried changing the O2 sensors could just be a faulty sensor.

Does your exhaust manifold leak?

I have ordered and recieved the new intake manifold and will be installing it next week because of a plug that fouled due to coolant #8 , I thought it could be a leak in the manifold also , I replaced the filter 2 weeks ago . Idleing is pretty smooth with just a little hesitation sometimes but not much , Thanks for the input !

I would try to drive as little as possible as a lean condition can damage the engine. But once you get the intake swapped out clear your codes and see if your problem goes away.
