Ever since I replaced my intake manifold, every time I start my car in the morning it makes a running water noise for about a minute that sounds like its coming from the dashboard almost. It gets louder when I accelerate but usually goes away within a minute or two. I haven't been too worried since my car no longer overheats, but what could this be?

You're likely low on coolant and/or have some air in the lines. Check the radiator and reservoir. If the radiator is low, pour in slowly and wait for all the bubbles to surface.

Thanks I actually figured it out. Apparently the intake manifold I used is a cheaper version that lets coolant go through the heater core quicker then it should which is causing the noise.

I was going to say Heater Core as well...my fathers 95 Dodge RAM had this same issue and you always knew it had to be the heater core.
