Maybe, but I think it was something else, on a seat-belt buckle release-button. At any rate, I looked for a pic of it and couldn't find it, so maybe I imagined it in the first place.

2005 Grand Marquis GS Two Tone Edition

Arguably, it's DBW... so it's just powered by the same servo the rest of the throttle is.
