Hello...
I fixed all the broken windows in my 95 CPVI but noticed that they only worked by the master switch, none of the other switches worked. I noticed I unplugged a passenger switch then the master switch would not work so I suspected the passenger switches were good. After analyzing a circuit diagram I noticed all 3 passenger window grounds passed through the window lockout switch (unlike my Honda where only the rears do). I thought maybe they cut the lockout wire for police use, luckily the wire was unmolested.

I opened up the master switch and cleaned the lockout contacts with fine sand paper. Every switch works now. While I had the switch out I also cleaned the pins on the bottom.
Here is a pic, the two lower circuit channels are for the lockout. Make sure you do this on a table because there are 3 small springs that may come out when you open it!

Yup...

And rather than "fine sand paper" try using crocus cloth.
