Sounds like a cool car, but it's hard to value it without pictures.

A single-owner car with those mods should fetch a better number than a multi-owner car, especially one that was used as a fleet vehicle of any sort.

Age and mileage hurt it but not much. If it's as clean as it looks, I'd say it's worth at least $3500.
