My 2004 CV Sport takes 6 qts on a oil change. Could be the larger engine? Ford didn't know that until the first time they changed my oil at 1000 miles. ( Mobile 1 that I use conveniently comes in a 6 pak.

Very happy with the MKS. Finally got used to all the bells & whistles. Better handling, good MPG (25-27 highway) Better stopping distance & much faster acceleration.

it all depends on what year and yes it's the same engine as the civilian model besides a few extra perks.

Just a helpful tip; you might want to put your year & model in your sig so other members could answer your questions more specifically.

Pretty sure I could get 12 to 16 qts in mine, but 5 is plenty.

lol... which is why I had that disclaimer.... ford "technicians" arent always right..but thats just what they told me.. because EVERY time I took my car to a lube place, they put in 5.5 quarts...and they charged me for it...so I called ford and ford guy looked it up... 4.9-5.1 quarts... and he DID say to '03 .. I just ASSUMED it was the same..
