I have the 95 Ford cd,but i have some questions about it.
When i reset the PCM with my Kal scanner,is KAM alsoo cleared?

Does someone know by the way what rpm should be at hot idle with no ac and accessoires?

My RPM is now 796-810 (HOT) with nothing on except of course the engine.

If you have the true P71 programming, the idle will be slightly faster to keep the alt charging more efficiently.

Well i found some information on my service cd.
PCM Reset and KAM reset or two different things.
Strange thing is,i had no codes (alsoo no pending codes) and i thought: why not clear the codes and see what happening.
Well the car drives different in my opinion.
So if KAM was not cleared why does the car drives different?

Does it make difference when you pull fuse 12 (this was the fuse for PCM??) to reset KAM when engine is warm or cold?

Pulling the KAPWR fuse is better than disconnecting the battery because it doesn't clear the radio presets & clock.

Engine temp. will make a difference temporarily if you go driving immeditately since a warm engine will allow the EEC to adapt correctly sooner. But it will eventually reach the same performance adaptions even if you do it cold.
