Is there any way to pull up codes without using a diagnostic scan tool/computer? Ive heard there was a way before but I never got around to seeing if it was true or not.

No, it's not possible with EEC-V/OBD-II. EEC-IV only needs a paperclip.

Just look for the colored text, or go to the link at the top of the page that says something like "Full Code List". The diagrams probably won't show until SMO goes fully back online, but if you search FSB, you'll find a few links to other pages that are probly shorter. I know Ryan has one somewhere on his site.
