IIRC, I snagged this from a '98 P71. The FP plate is on the front & the tank is right-side-up in the photo, so that puts the FTP on the R of the car, like JohnG said. If you look thru the wheelwell, you might be able to see it over the frame.
Lowering it a few inches should allow you to access it.
But WHY?
If you plan on removing it from the tank, I'd recommend dropping the tank & washing around the sensor before your remove it. Otherwise, you could dump a LOT of dirt into your tank. If you do remove the tank, buy a new filler neck O-ring first. Use ONLY clean motor oil to lube it (or anything else on the fuel system) for easier install.
A few cans of Berryman B-12 Chemtool will allow you to rinse out the check valve on the filler neck. That'll make it easier to fill the tank. This junker was nasty before I washed it.
