Just curious, how is a cowl hood improve performance if any? I know it's going to add the "looks" factor a bit.

Geez Joe...you're always upgrading. Didn't know your Vic could get any sexier. Your Vic already looks better than most Marauders, let alone CV's.

I might have to come up to MI one day just so I can dry hump your car.

No performance gains perse, however, I am anticipating heat extraction capability.

One of the reasons I had to relocate; Fayetteville was a little too convenient for ya ( that, and the neighbors were complainin' ).

The delays have all been weather related .....

- storm knocked-out power for a couple of days.
- brown-outs fried a couple of their 220V equipment ( air compressor, welder, etc. ).
- and last but not least, the humidity has been high for the past week. *Because of the mix of materials ( fiberglass, sheet-metal, filler ) and their expansion/contraction differences, they can't bake it; ergo, air drying.

Since I did mention that their name would appear on a marquee when I show the car, they're paying attention to detail.

It will also be a louder car with its hole in the hood aimed at the windshield. But you can't have performance and quietness in the same car, unless you want to buy a Lexus 450 or a Benz S class.

Did they remove the part of the hood that the scoop covers or will the scoop just sit over top?
