I realize there are many posts here about intake replacement. I need current info about where to get the FPP M9424P46 intake, gaskets, and injector O-rings.

It would be nice to find one vendor who has everything.

Thanks in advance. Don

Chris @ adtr has everything you need excluding injector o-rings.

O-rings: You need to order 2 packs of these because each injector uses 2 o-rings. https://smile.amazon.com/ACDelco-217-336...injector+o+ring

Or go to your local autoparts store and just order o-rings there.

Being in Ohio, both Jegs in Columbus and Summit Racing in Tallmadge Ohio are both sources as well. Any part you disturb that has a seal, that seal will need replaced. Don't try to reuse any seal that is currently on the car. There is also a coolant tube that runs under the intake as well. Replace that only if leaking, but make sure you inspect it. Replacement of that part will mean lifting the intake again if you have to do this later. I don't know if the 98-02 coolant tubes are compatible, but if you need that I can let go of mine that I kept after not needing it the last time I had to replace my intake. The O-rings you can get anywhere, but the OEM gaskets are better than aftermarket in this case.

The uner-intake coolant tube can be broken down into a few years ranges. '92-'97, metal with a rubber section connecting to the back of the waterpump. '98-'00, same shape as the earlier one but all-metal, the nipple on the back of the waterpump is probably different than the earlier ones due to them using a couple o-rings to seal the tube instead of that rubber section with hose clamp. '01+ is a different routing, it routes up along the drivers side head rather than right down the middle of the valley, this was because the PI intake sits deeper into the valley of the engine and would hit the tube in the earlier location.

Guys:
I have done business with both Summit and Jegs. No problems there, except they will charge sales tax. I wondered about the intake gaskets. It seems they are ~$50 for the pair.
I have not done much with injectors. I will be sure to give that coolant tube a good once over while I have the intake off.

The plan is to have everything needed on hand before I start the project.

Don

Chris:
Thanks for that info. An Autozone coupon popped up in my email today for 20% off of one item. I'll use it for the Fel-Pro gasket set.
