Yeah that's a mudflap.......it was there when I bought it. Probably a Canadian thing lol. Thanks for the comments. I will try to post more pics and include some shots from the rear.

HOW HARD WAS IT TO INTALL THE PUSH BAR AND DID IT COME WITH THE SPOTLIGHTS IAM WANTING TO PUT ONE ON I HAVE A FORMER TEXAS DPS CAR THEY NEVER HAD ONE INSTALLED ANYWAY SWEET RIDE I HAVE A 2004 BLACK WITH THE SAME HUBCAPS LESS ATTENTION THEN THE CENTER CAPS ;\)
