The Vickys were gorgeous. Wasnt there a special starlight model with a glass roof?

I always liked the looks of the dual headlight GMCs, even if they were Chev underneath. They just seemed to be better built even if that fact equalized with the lesser Chevs over time.

the glass roof cars didn't come out until 54 I think

the GMC is such a better work truck and the 4 eye has grown on me

Thanks its a nice truck , original paint, Big block truck loaded with options and I'm the 3rd owner. I was bought new at the local Pontiac dealer here in Atlanta

a few months ago I traded the '51 Victoria for this. '48 Chrysler Windsor coupe. Its a nice street rod. 350/350 pwr steering and disc brakes.

that chrysler is a beauty. nice to upgrade to v8 power, i bet that had a straight 6 in it or something.

also love your gmc truck...always catches my eye seeing the 4 headlights.
