Okay here is a question for you guys... Let's say that I do get the Accufab throttle body/ported and polished plenum that VAp71 got...

Would there be any more "pressure" on the intake manifold and have a better chance of it cracking or breaking?... I mean i am bringing more air into the manifold, correct?

No theres not that much more air, now if it were a turbo, blower or Nitrous car then you would have to worry about absolute manifold pressure. The COOLANT crossover is usually were the intake cracks.
