there is a place in st-jerome who did my friends 3.73 rar and the same guy will do my diff this summer.
He is an experienced mechanic who used to run his mustang on the 1/4 mile in the low 12 he knows what he is doing and as i had the chance to work with him i know he is doing amazing work.
it really worth it to come up there.

Check your door tag to see if you have the limited slip axle cause the clutch can wear to the point that the axle is unlock.
If you have a limited slip and only have to change the clutch it might be less expensive.
In the case that you have an open rear axle you have to get another cage who is made to have clutch inside as yours wasnt designed to be locked....that is geting expensive.

I used to have a posi-traction (limited slip) but i guess somthing happend to it and it got swaped out, and now I have a open diff.

So its 275, just to change the diff right?

im pretty sure it's still in but the clutches are dead.
275 is for the swap of the gears wich invole even more work than just replacing the clutch as the gears have to be perfecly allingned.
So the mechanic will only have to remove the cage and changes the clutches and put everything back . so there is less work involve but with the clutches the total should come under 275 but i,m not sure

Nope, I already checked it. They replaced my old diff with this one, which is an open diff.
