i also found a Lincoln Town car amp.if i get the harness will it work with an AfterMarket deck.love how my dads Alpines sound in his Town car.

well for front speakers you want 6x8 but 6x9s are rear so if you want rear speakers look at infinity. I dont have rear speakers cause i have 6.5 components (separate woofer/tweeter) at 125w rms haha

I would go Infinity as well. They're bright with is good to punch through the decklid cover.

However, all Infinity speakers are 2 ohm now so you need to power them with a 2-ohm stable amplifier.
