Labor for getting the fuel tank swapped and the shifter cable swapped.

Mechanic has been working at his own pace on my car and should hopefully be done this week.

If he is true to form he will go to what the book says then knock it down alittle.

So what does the book say? lol

Thanks

Whats wrong with the tank? I thought it was just the pump? Book time on a pump is 2.1 hrs. My recent pump swap 4 days ago took less than an hour which did NOT include dropping the tank.

It is the pump. but he was going to drop the tank anyway (old ford dealer mechainic so I'm sure he is going by the book)

I asked him if he just wanted the pump or the tank.

Might as well the 01 tank is like new anyway lol.

Still the only thing I dont like about it is not knowing how much its going to be.

Only charged me 80 for swapping the steering box last year.

Is that including the price of the pump?
