Hello all!
I have a 1992 ford crownvictoria LX with about 90,000 miles on it and recently my odometer and trip meter stopped working. My speedo still works so i know it is the little gears behind the cluster....
my question is sinc i have to pull it out and buying a new cluster is almost the same as the gears, what would I have to change/replace/convert to make the new p71 140 MPH speedo read correctly... I know this can be done because I have seen it, Im just not sure what has to be adjusted to give me the right reading... if anyone can tell me what I need to do to make a higher rated MPH cluster work in my dash i would greatly appreciate it...
