They are individual lines, 3 on each plug. Red= constant power Blue= ignition only. they make single male plugs that will fit side by side so you have 3 lines on each plug.

One is HOT all the time while the other is HOT in ACC/On. Think red is HOT all the time, you have to test them.

On mine, there was a fuse block along with it that connected to those prongs.

Unless that fuse block is really hidden, they tore it out of mine..

Weirdness in my '03:

There's this thingy behind the driver's side trunk hinge that I found while looking to see if it had the sneaky C-pillar antenna (couldn't tell, because this thing is in the way. Heck, it may be the antenna.)

(Edit: behind the hinge when looking into the trunk. It's on the engineward side of the hinge, up under the shelf.)

Weird little bracket glued to the top left corner of the windshield. Dealer said it was for the detective equivalent of a beat cop's shoulder mic, or a Bluetooth phone mic. Confirm/deny?

Dang gubbmint broke my kickpanel. No plugs in sight, connected or not.

Dents in the headliner. No holes, though -- whatever was here was presumably mounted on the visor-clip bolts. What was it, though?

Not pictured:
1" square of Velcro between radio and climate controls, on driver's side of the space, almost certainly for hanging a radio mic.

One small screw hole on top of the steering column halfway between hazard switch and speedometer, slightly off-center. No idea what was there.

Trunk button in the civvie location on door, but cop-wired so it only opens with the ignition on, and a little plug in the hole in the center dash where P71 trunk buttons usually are.

Some kind of tape/glue residue on the dash top, one spot in the middle of the car and one left of the steering wheel. What do they mount on top of the dash?

The first picture was answered in my post on the first page. It's the seatbelt retractor. The second looks to be a mount for a window antenna. Cellular probably. And the marks in the headliner are from the dash lights that used to be in your car. All random velcro and stuff is for police equipment. They usually mount lights on top of the dash.
