not that I am aware of

Kinda expected that answer, was hoping that wasn’t it. Looking into potentially doing a manual swap in mine once I get out of college (maybe before if the time and money line up one summer), and I don’t want to do more than 4 gears. Kinda odd to most, but that’s the way I want to roll. May experiment with a fuel injected 390 FE swap to go with a 4 speed then at some point.

I want to see this remote shifter but the pics aren't loading. I attempted to make a remote shifter but failed miserably. I'd like to try again but I don't really know where to start.

I really want a quality shifter too. The Ebay T45 shifter is total garbage. Mine has a ton of play and the spring setup in it is really weird.

When I had my terrible remote shifter I really liked how short all of the shifts were but I just never go it to shift well.

There must be a T101 to 4.6 bellhousing. There just has to be.

When using a T45 in a 2006 P71, or any manual trans I suppose. Is there a way to wire in the reverse lights through the trans range sensor wiring?

I think the Question is can you bolt up a manual trans to a 6.2. With the Right bell housing you can bolt up any Trans you want. As of yet, I have not seen a 6.2 SOHC swap into a Panther. If I had deep pockets I totally would drop one into a Town Car.
