I am not sure what order these are on the PCM, go by wire color to identify the connector. In the picture, the latch that is on top when looking at them on the car is on the bottom.

Does this wiring diagram apply to both p71's and lx sport?
Also, anyway of hooking me up with the battery junction box(engine compartment fuse block) wiring as well?

Does this wiring diagram apply to both p71's and lx sport? The Ford manual only has one diagram and it's for '05 CV and GM Also, anyway of hooking me up with the battery junction box(engine compartment fuse block) wiring as well? What exactly are you looking for?

Just messing around with a p71 pcm. All I need now is the wiring diagram for the junction box in the engine bay and my project will begin. Thanks

Fuse box is the same, it'll just say *Police next to some stuff.
I can scan the fuse list and picture but there are a bunch of pics related to the box itself.

This would be in the owners manual, if you need something specific I can look at the other diagrams for you.

Few more questions:
1-As im looking at all the diagrams you have posted, I dont see that the cruise control is controled by the PCM. Do I stand correct on this?
2-Is there a way to tell if a car is equipted with daytime running lights when the pcm is out of the car, maybe vin# or door sticker?

Your looking for a 08 p71 pcm? Don't you already have a p71?
There's a few ebay member selling them for less then 100 bucks shipped. Actually, they are or best offer. Just type in 2008 crown victoria ecm

do u by chance have one for 2008 p71 Are you looking for a diagram? Few more questions:

We know that the PCM controls the TB which is what would control cruise and you need to have cruise enabled through Ford by going into the PCM. 2 - VIN check, may list DRL's. http://www.compnine.com/vid.php
