Right now I have the 17mm bar from a p71, I recently checked at a ford dealership asking about the 21mm bar and the price came up as close to $1,200. I could search the local junkyard for a 21mm bar but I saw that addco makes an even larger bar for around 200 bucks. Anyone use this addco bar or should I try finding a 21mm bar?

Addco is the best for these cars and definitely worth it. If you got the 200 then I say choose that over anything else.

The 21mm bar has been out of stock/discontinued for quite a while now, but no matter what that's a crazy price, utterly ridiculous. I can't remember exactly, but I doubt they were priced over $100 when available.

Order up that Addco from Chris at ADTR: Link to Rear Addco

That's a new high for the 21mm bar. I got mine about a year ago and it was under $45! About a week after I got it someone here said they were having problems ordering and shortly after that it was said the price was $400-$500 for it.

I just looked it up, $1080(sale price $820) for the 21mm.
It also says that the 21mm is for the Sport package but mine was 17mm

But I put this one on, Addco FTW!

I need some Addco's for mine. I should have remembered to remove the rear one from my 03.

Wow, $1200. To think, I paid $50 shipped brand new from ford a couple of years ago. Maybe I should start hoarding them and selling them to uninformed panther owners for $200?? laugh

(I wouldn't really do that)

Sports were advertised as having the HPP pkg, but it was a flat out lie. The sports all have 17mm rear sway bars, and base rate springs and airbags.

That's a ridiculous price for a sway bar.

I'd definitely go the Addco route!
