Hey guys and gals

I'm curious of anyone here bought a Marti Report for their newer panthers. I've done it for my Continentals, and know the actual days they were built among a lot of cool dates (read useless unless youre nuts for your cars!)

So far from what I gathered they cant break the numbers down for newer Fords so no way of knowing if your car is one of one. (Like one of my Continentals woohoo)

It would be nice to find out if anyone else can find this, or even if theres a list by option package. Would Ford know for cars that are not new and not old enough?

I'm pretty sure my sport is as close to one of one as a Crown Vic can get. I mean how many do you know without traction control, without adjustable pedals, or a sunroof?

And how many do you know that were totaled and will come back free and clear!

Anyway, I was hoping that the more hardcore panther nuts (that sounds oddly sexual and disturbing, but damnit if im changing it now lol) would band together in high enough numbers to justify a sense of urgency from Marti Reports or Ford themselves (doubtful) to get that info and make money...I got the cash burning a hole in my pocket!

I've never done it for any of the Crown Vics I've owned.

I plan on purchasing one for the Galaxie though.

Honestly for these cars, Unless it is a Sport an LSE, or a Marauder. I don't know how worth it is to drop the coin on a Marti report. Mine was a 2003 CV LX in White, that was bought by Hertz for a rental fleet. Only thing car less worth it unless you have cash to burn and are extremely curious would be an any year White P71. I can only imagine how many of those there were built, LOL.

I would be curious about the report for a fleet white CVPI, but I wouldn't pay for it myself.

I ordered one for my 05, but that was only 2 weeks or so ago and I haven't heard about.

He did ask for a pic of my door sticker, but that's the only word I've heard from him since then.

I would be interested in figuring out how many Toreador Red LS models got out for 1997. Maybe when the car turns 20 I'll run a report for fun.

My question is whether it actually has any more information than can be obtained free from the FordEtis website?

From what I can gather, their counts are based on information contained within the VIN. In the case of an LSE, there is nothing LSE specific. So I doubt that I can get an actual count of LSEs from Marti.

The FordEtis site does not provide specific production numbers though, and that's what the Marti report is for.
If my insurance company knows the difference between LS and LSE just from the vin, then I'm sure Marti will have no problem.

I'm going to get a Marti Report for my Fairmont soon. I expect it to a one-of-a-kind as it has at least one option I've never seen on a 'Mont, its luxurious velour seats grin .

As I said, there's NOTHING in the VIN that is LSE related (at least not for 2003.)

UPDATE: I just got off the phone with MartiReports. They said the info I want (the number of LSE's made) should eventually become available. Right now, NO. But in a couple of years, probably. Apparently they get their info from Ford in chunks, and then it takes time for their programmers to assimilate it.

You get it from "The Personalized Statistics Report" and their website says: Only available for 1967 through 1979 Ford, Lincoln and Mercury vehicles produced in North America

The information for my '01 Sport indicates that there were 762 Sports produced for the 2001MY. My car was originally scheduled for build on 4/19/01, but was not actually built until 05/31/01. According to the Marti Report, there were 1,694 Toreador Red Crown Vics built for the '01 MY. My Sport is one of 54 built in Toreador Red with Medium Parchment interior. The one statistic that I wish I had but don't, is how many of the 54 had the digital instrumentation because mine has it. It is probably not many though. For those of you who ordered or will be ordering a Marti Report, it will probably take about 2 months till you receive it. For me, I thought it was well worth the $. It is a nice piece of information to have.

Just thought of something... Wasn't the sport package in 2001 just an option package? Vs how it was done in the later years as a submodel of a regular LX. This may be how peachpicker was able to get that breakdown yet it is unavailable on an 05 LSE

They had also asked me for a picture of my door sticker as well.
