I'm going to do a trans flush this weekend

But my trans does not have a access hole on the bell housing

So can I use the motor to drain the entire system from the cooler?

Any pointers would be appreciated.

The entire system is about 14qts?

Let the engine run until the fluid starts to sputter. Neutral or park it doesn't matter. Once it starts to sputter, shut the engine off, reconnect the line and remove the pan. Replace the filter. Done. A dry fill is about 16 quarts, but you won't get quite that much out.

How much will come out you think? I'm trying to get the whole system clean

I've not used the cooler-line method so I don't know precisely how much you'll get, but the only way to get more is to use a fluid exchange machine, or do the cooler-line method multiple times. Unless the fluid is really bad, that shouldn't be necessary.

While the pan is off, install a drain plug. That way you can do a quick drain & fill whenever you change the motor oil.

Lots of good topics on this. I drained Mine thrugh the cooler lines it was EZ. I went thru apx. 15 quarts, but I flushed twice until clean fluid came out, then dropped the pan.

We Flushed it until it came out clean too.

Fluid level is right on 2nd bottom hole
Just underneath the crossed haired lines
After 25 miles of driving

Just did it last weekend.
And it was Surprisingly easy

A small amount of black sludge on the magnet is normal. How many miles?

You might want to add a pint. The level doesn't need to be exactly on FULL, but should be within the cross-hatched area.
