Well heres a update/fix. Mechanic did find a blown fuse but still had no power to the signals. He ended up pulling the interior fuse box and found one of the connectors that the fuse goes in disconnected and was bouncing around behind and arcing other connectors. Thatnks for the help you two, my owners manual is the wrong one btw so all the fuse labels were off.

Glad to hear you got it fixed, a lot of times this site can help you avoid the shop, but with oddball issues like that, sometimes you need someone to physically diagnose the problem.
