The 15A Ignition Coil Relay Feed(number 5 on a fuse diagram) pops just when turning the key. It use to pop every so often, like once a year. Then it went to every few months, now its every few mins. I Suspected a exposed wire so I started the hunt. I believe I found it. Ill post two pix. One shows the exposed wire and another shows the cluster its apart of. The exposed wire loops back on itself, which is odd and could be a result of them ripping the "cop gear" out. I suspect its this wire because I got it started after messing with wires, but when I wiggled this cluster the fuse popped and the car shut off.
Its strange because I've tried taping the wire away from the others, twisting it on itself and having it touch the other covered wires. Anyway here's the pix to better explain. any help on what this is or why and how to make this damn fuse stop popping would save me from frustration that may lead to the next apocalypse.
