What do you all think about these wheels? I'm wheel shopping and trying really hard to not get an ounce of ghetto lol.

MY car is ice blue and lowered. Honestly I still can't decide between 17 and 18 inch wheels but these are the only aftermarket I've seen that look good to me.....kinda keeps that 80's/90's period correct classy muscle look imo.

Also, my previous Vic ('00 P71) was a light blue metallic color, not sure if it was titled 'ice blue' or not... regrettably, I never looked up the paint code. A very nice color.

Imperfect, as to be expected; hard to find a photo taken from an appropriate perspective... and would take me too long to get realistic looking highlighting on the wheels, so I opted to just mess with contrast to give them a bit more 'shine' (which results in them looking a bit too light, but it's the best I can do for now).

Also, 'lowered' it a couple inches by shoving the wheels/shadows up, and back-filling the driveway with a smudge tool.

Slight improvement as I botched the initial wheel cutout (lost the outer edge of the dimples around the diameter on the right)

No problem. It may seem played out/too common, but 5-spokes are the usual go-to for these cars. Personal opinion: these might look better on an Aero or even a Box (I feel like they have a bit of an 80s vibe to them, mostly due to the squared cutouts). While I don't think these look bad (they'd probably look better in reality), they don't seem like the most appropriate style to me.

Not my cup of tea, just too busy for me, but they look fine, certainly unique enough I think.

I just grew up in the era of chrome steelies with or without moons, Cragars & Keystones, and chromed slots ... and SS wheel covers with the three points. We even liked just plain black wheels. To us, a 70 series was a wide oval as our 8.25-14s were in reality 83 series. 75 series were a short gap trend, but they all beat Model A tires I rekon. Cruise night, a pair of Sonic Maxima G60-14s or 11.00x15 Marsh Sprinters were good, while Good Year Polyglasss GTs or Firestone Wide Ovals were like "moving on up". Older cousin of mine had some '40 Fords, he liked them, had one pick up, twin straight pipes out the back hung under the axle were made from well casing, he had black steel wheels with near bald Nascar cast off tires found in the garage at Martinsville, looked great and you could hear that F-head V-8 a long way off. He was killed 40+ years ago in his green Jag XKE.

They look like wheels you'd put on a car in Grand Theft Auto.
With the availability of loaded Mustang wheels that easily swap on these cars, and look realllllllllllllly good...I just don't see the benefit of going with something like this.

It's hard for me to understand spending so much money on custom wheels for a 10 year old Crown Vic. Sure, steelies aren't for everyone. So I opened the want ads for Mustang wheels and found a pretty good set of four alloys, with usable tires for all of $200. Not per wheel, that's $200 for all four.

Not unique, but attractive, not too "out there" and well worth the money.

I want to replace the rims on my cvpi from steelies to 03-05 MGM alloys, however I don't want to spend a lot of money for them + new tires. I happen to have found wheel covers that look like a mix between 17 inch cvpi wheel covers and 05 MGM alloys. the problem is they look like the type of aftermarket wheel covers you find at AutoZone and I'm worried that they will look cheap and cheesy on my car. personally I think they would look very good B/C they look as if they could be factory.

The biggest size they offer is only 15", they won't fit. They look very much like post 2004 cop wheel covers, which you can exactly duplicate on ebay with a little looking for under $50.

Thanks guys.... Right now I'm thinking my favorite option are the crown Vic sport newer style flat 5 spoke 17 inch. I'm not really seeing a super cheap option but there are few places online that sell them restored for $200 a piece

yes I know they wont fit. there is another one on amazon that is 17" (but not the right color). I also happen to have 06-11 P71 wheel covers but I don't like them and I plan on selling them. I'm just curious to see other peoples opinions on weather they would look good on a Crown Vic or not.
