Cleaned the inside of my hood for the first time ever, looking at the new engine and it looks so good but the nasty hood just didn’t set well with me,got some purple cleaner stuff and got it looking really good, may even try and buff it out.

Picked up some stuff at Eastwood, unexpectedly found Shadow Blue interior dye So now I can properly paint my console. Well, not now, now. When it's warm.

Checked the tire pressures, adjusted the car cover, and added light weight wind straps.

9.4 @78mph. Car wasn't hooking off the line properly. Something I gotta sort out.

Not bad man,was u able to launch it at all?? yeah those roots blowers love smoking tires I never had slicks on my old NPI build but I went 81mph I believe in the 1/8th and my traction control was on and street tires, next pass I blew a water hose off,not good and embarrassing and never tempted to run again. Keep at it!!

Grocery run. My AC compressor isn't running, but it might just be too cold.
Downgraded the weekly fluid/bulb check to monthly, since washer fluid is the only one that goes down anymore.

Fueled up on the 4th, drove it 2.5hrs home, drove it normally since then, noticed it was sitting at 1/2 a tank yesterday, filled it up with 89 octane.

Checked the tire pressures, adjusted the car cover, and added light weight wind straps. Is it outside? It's in a car port that is usually facing away from windage, but occasionally currents somehow blow the cover up over the roof of the car ? The straps are very light weight and have plastic coated hooks that I hook to the wheel spokes ... and adjust just enough to keep the cover on it.

Car warsh. As I've often told my sister who runs out of gas ... "It cost about near the same per mile to drive if you keep gas in it".
