My bellow I guessed cracked or punctured and leaked out fluid, my question is was fluid goes inside the bellow and is it just a simple switch out to replace or is it more complicated?

That bellows is simply a dust shield to keep dust and dirt away from the piston shaft. If you have an oil leak, the seal has failed and the entire shock need replacement.

So the Shock is probably cracked leaking the fluid? If I replace shock will the fluid be in New Shock or will it have to be added? And will it require any calibration after installation? Thank you.

Shocks normally get replaced in pairs if used much. If new, then if just one leaked I'd either replace the one with exact same, or more likely, replace both on that axle. If high miles, then the whole set. New shocks come prefilled and are sealed.

You don't want a new one on one side and a well worn used one on the other side any more than you want a leaking one on a side with a just serviceable one on the other side.

Is this a front or a rear and if front are you getting a quick strut which would come with new springs? You likely wouldn't need an alignment with rears. Possibly not with fronts if just the strut cartridge itself is changed. Though an alignment check which can be free or low cost would be worth it to be sure.
