1996 Crown Vic Base model 99K
I have a P0102 code. I cleaned the MAF with MAF spray. Did not help the situation. It sometimes hesitates from a dead stop. I had just replaced the IAC valve, which seemed to help, but it still hesitates a little and also occasionally runs bad at highway speed, seems to bog and lurch a little and then smooth out. Next I then did the multimeter test on my MAF before replacing it. When I did the test to check for ground coming from the PCM (tan wire), it does not read 12 volts. .82 is the best it will do. I unplugged the PCM and hooked it back up hoping it was just a bad connection. No change. Any ideas here? I did not go any farther testing the MAF since it apparently isn't getting adequate ground from the PCM.

Do you have a 96 PCM for sale? I think that is my issue.

I dont, we are still using it and a Terminator X max isnt in the budget yet. Did you check for continuity between the ecu wire and the maf? Make sure the ecu/maf are disconnected and make sure the issue is the wiring or the computer. If i had to guess its in the wiring and you have a good computer.
