I hosted a poorly attended meet at the Garlits Museum in Ocala over 10 years ago.

Mid-Florida Mustang Club has had a monthly cruise in Casselberry that is open to all cars for decades. I had a standing invitation to Panthers for that, but never got more than three or four (and usually I was the only one.

But they lost their location and I don't know what's going on now.

found one of the posts from the gtg we had a long time ago. mine is the blue 99. I was dragoncvpi then. as I have said earlier, tried to keep that screen name but could never get a password to work so had to change everything.

Mid Florida back on I guess:

MID FLORIDA MUSTANG CLUB

Cruise-Ins

The MFMC hosts a cruise-in each month which is open to the public and is located at Rock & Brews in Oviedo. The dates change each month so please check out our calendar page. The general meetings and cruise-ins are great places to sign-up to be a member, show off your Mustang, meet other members with their cars, and learn more about our passion. The Sunday night "Cruise-Ins" are a gathering of classic and modern Mustangs and is open to all makes and models. We have a Disc Jockey spinning a wide variety of music, a 50/50 drawing, and door prize raffles during the evening. It is a great social gathering where we visit with old friends and make new ones. The "Cruise-Ins" are fun for all!.

The problem with Florida (like Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi, is that it covers so much real estate and we are so scattered........

I used to live in Kissimmee/St.Cloud area, and work in Casselberry as well as Sanford. Now I am in the Pensacola area, and there seems to be no real interest in old 'Granny Wagons' here.....

Once the CoronaScare ends, I will be out and about. I have the CVPI, the Lincoln MKVIII, the TurboCoupe and GT Turbo, and an evil little '95 Escort I need to get pimping around......

Basically, yeah. There’s not many of us around here compared to the concentration on the west coast or North of the Mason Dixon.

I would drive to Pensacola from New Orleans for a Panther meet or a meet that would include some.

I'll be looking to stop by soon and say hello, if they allow old men in the place.
