03 crown vic lx sport sedan, had a recent cold snap, and car will turn over and start beautifully, and then it will either run rough(almost loping like) and shut off. When I CAN get it to run fine. It will buck and stall while driving. But if I WOT it is fine but as soon as I let off throttle or reduce throttle depression it begins to buck and try to stall. I have replaced TPS, IAC, I have unhooked battery for an extended period of time. I have troubleshot fuel pump. And to no avail. I am going to try crankshaft and camshaft position sensors next.. I am at a loss and currently without a car. Can someone please help?

Try cleaning/swapping your MAP. It can fail without throwing the CEL. And second bell western, plugs and coils. Helps to know miles. If they haven't been done CPS/cam sensors are cheap wear items.

Bellwestern, it has 104,00 and it has all nee motorcraft COPs and Plugs. Also has a brand new Delphi MAF all replaced roughly 3 months ago. 2011 CVPI did you mean MAF or MAP? If MAP I will. Have to try to locate that sensor.

Socalsam, The or nly CEL that is reading an EVAP code(P0453) thats been on the car since I bought last year. It has always ran fine up until this recent cold snap and then its been giving me issues.

Socalsam- I have checked as many vacuum line that I can access, and Ive suspected a slight vacuum leak for a while but its always started fine and ran fine. But I could always hear what sounded like a vacuum leak and have not been able to find anything.
I have attained the crankshaft position sensor so time to rip the AC compressor out and replace the sensor and put it all back and see if that helps.

so time to rip the AC compressor out and replace the sensor and put it all back and see if that helps. Note that it is NOT necessary to remove the A/C compressor (as the factory service manual states). You only need to unbolt it from the block and reposition it aside. I did the CKP on my ex's Marauder a few years ago and it was relatively painless.

RF_Overlord, I realized that once I got into it that I didnt, thanks for the heads up though!
UPDATE! I replaced crankshaft position sensor, and replaced everything and I started it up and went ahead and drove it when it warmed up a bit after starting. And I drove it hard and I drove it easy. And both driving styles, it ran fine. The only thing Im dealing with now is when I hit the key and it fires up. It runs high rpms for like 2 seconds then they come down to idle. Which it was doing prior to the CKP replacement. It started doing that after I replaced the TPS and the IAC when this all initially started.
Any ideas??
I want to thank all of you for your suggestions!

I understand that, but its like they go up very high like like 1,600- to 1,800 RPM and then all of the sudden they just come down abruptly. Doesn't seem normal to me. Also this is after its warm

Cold start for me, is like, 1800 rpms for about 15 seconds then it slowly comes down.
When it’s a warm start, about 1500 rpms for maybe 10 seconds if even that.

Okay, so it seems like thats normal for these then cuz it has never done that before. I do apologize if I seem ignorant! This is the first time ever owning one. Always been a dream car of mine, Ive owned for a year now and am still not used to some of the things it does. Especially coming from a family that only drives GM.
