I have a cheap Creality Ender Pro V2. I mostly model and print project boxes for electronics, the oddball replacement part, things to make it seem worth the cost for my wife, and mostly parts for the printer itself.

First few things I printed, to test stuff like flats, things that need supports, etc.

An arm and container for an ESP32 cam that I can remotely turn on, it shows what is is printing, and if I see it is messed up I can stop the print.

This is indicative of most of what I model and print (this is a lithium battery charger board):

I model all sorts of variants, and post them to thingiverse.

It is more to help me have usable electronics that I build, but also getting into modeling and writing stuff in openscad (the so called customizer...) to do things programmatically and not manually create all variations (like I made a small speaker box that you can select the speaker size and some options and it creates the stl files to slice and print.

Printed out some center caps and hub bore adapters for some Mustang rims on my 2012 Fusion. I have 56mm chrome Ford stickers coming for the center caps. I can't find anything better for the stickers, all the nuclear fusion ones are too big.

My daughters boyfriend has a 3D printer as well. He makes action figures, drawer organizers, wall 2D art, Nintendo Switch accessories, business cards, all sorts of crazy stuff.

Another good use for those printers would be to make those hard to find electrical connectors found on car harnesses. I'm just guessing the inside metal connector are still available somewhere...

The old school ones are easy, like the ones still used for most speaker connections, the older alternator connector, 2-6 pins with the large terminals and the large flap to hod them in place, but I tried doing the small flat connector for a radio, and just can't seem to get the pins to stay in place, and the small round pin style, hard to size them right even with a smaller than normal nozzle and small layers. But I am just really starting out and not using any amazing software to model things, but I also don't see any one that has done it and offers them for free.
