Oh well, guess I won't be getting any parts from that dealership....When I told them I should be able to get the shocks cheaper they copped an attitude with me, so screw them. Now I just need to find another place to get these shocks, I doubt the other dealers will be any cheaper.

Thanks, just ordered them today......Now all I need is the rear shocks. Since Tokico makes the Motorcraft shocks I was thinking of getting some from them. Any Ideas?

Dude, I would buy the Motorcraft shocks if the dealers were'nt ripping me off!! They wanted $46.31 EACH for the rears!.....Bugtussle, I'll be watching ebay and if you relist those, I'll probably pick them up from you.

Craig, there have been two of us who have posted links to an Ebay ad where a guy was selling the Motorcraft shocks you need for $19.95 each. Did you not see those posts? If not, go back and look. Maybe the guy is still selling them. *shrug*

They were fronts only, Astrovic. I even emailed the guy to see if he had rears and he does not. Did you not see the post where I said I ordered them? I still need rear shocks, and I'm not going to the stealership to get them. I'll probably end up getting them through Tokico.....By the way thanks for the recommendation on the Yokohamma Avids, my CV is much happier now.....And will be even more with new shocks!

Okay, no biggie. I didn't realize the guy didn't have the rears available. I thought he did, but perhaps he sold out or something. Who knows? You could always order the shocks online from one of the Ford parts websites: www.fordpartsnetwork.comwww.fordpartscheap.comwww.forddirect.comThere are others, too.
