Mercury Marauder Vs. Grand Marquis

Can somebody please explain what modifications the 4.6L engine in the Marauder has as compared to the Grand Marquis. Are they the same engine? If so, what does the Marauder have that the Grand Marquis does not have? I am confused by the difference in horsepower, yet I cannot find a source anywhere on google about exactly how the cars are different. Thanks in advance!

the grand marquis hava a sohc 16 valve 281 ci 4.6 liter while the marauder have a dohc 32 valve 281 ci 4.6

the Marauder uses the 4-cam 32-valve motor where as the Grand Marquis uses the 2-cam 16-valve motor. also the Maraurder uses a bigger MAF along with a better air box

engine wise, it has a engine similar too the pre 2002 Mustang Cobra.
In addition to that...
Suspension mods equal to or better than the Crown Vic P74
Interior similar to the Crown Victoria Sport
Gauge package
18" Tires
Bigger Brakes
Enhanced Body and Light package
