Can You Help? (signals, brakelights, and wont shift)

2004 P71 For a long time I've had the well-known "5 beeps" sound that begins to chime about 30 secs after starting the car. Sounds like it comes from underneath the dash, on the driver's side it seems. Through some research here on good ole CVN I've determined it likely to be a bulb out on my instrument cluster causing those warning beeps. But that's not what I need help with, I'm just putting this little tidbit of info out there for more 'history' for you good folks to reference in diagnosing my actual issue. My actual issue that prompted this thread, started with my headlights not turning off, even though the switch is in the off position. Then a few days later, my turn signal fuse blew. I thought eh no big deal, but now it has become an everyday thing. I replace the fuse, and not even 5 mins later it's blown. No more signals. If I replace it 4 times in a day it'll blow out 5 times. That issue has been going on for about 2 weeks now. And then yesterday while trying to leave the grocery store I could not shift out of park. Granted I know an old trick to get around it(turn the ignition key fwd just before aux position, shift into neutral, start car, shift into desired gear), and I know the typical fix is to replace the brake on/off switch on the brake pedal... But, and you know there's always a but, I now also have no brake lights, and that is a new side effect of the BOO switch going bad(its new for me at least). I am stumped. And what is this thing? It came out of nowhere yesterday and of course the guys at AutoZone were clueless. The wiring seems to be housed with the wiring that also goes to the BOO switch, if I followed it correctly yesterday.

Tempted to just replace the BOO switch but something tells me that's not going to resolve the brake light issue. And it certainly wont help with the turn signals.
Right?...

UPDATE:
Confirmed; BOO switch did not resolve brake light issue. And of course it didn't resolve anything to do with my turn signal fuse blowing. And since it didn't resolve the brake light issue, I'm still unable to shift out of park.
Regarding the turn signal fuse blowing every 3 seconds, I've been able to determine that it only blows when activating the LEFT turn signal. Right turn signal is fine.
*the hazard flashers will NOT come on either.
I've searched all over this forum and can't believe we haven't discovered a fix for these issues. They seem to be fairly common. Yet, I can't find a single fix for it. Anybody have any ideas?

FIXED. All of those issues, were all due to one fuse... #22. Replaced that, and replaced the turn signal fuse that kept blowing because #22 was blown, and now everything works like a charm. Brake lights, flashers, signals, and I can shift out of park.
Hope this helps someone else who may experience this issue. My advice would be to just pull all fuses pertaining to lighting and electric, check them out, replace the ones needing replacing. Then, check them all again. And if the problem persists, check them again.
And then, check them one more time.
That's literally what I did, verbatim, before stumbling over the faulty one. Be more dilligent than me, too. I spent almost $40 unnecessarily, when it was just a fuse. Be better than me.
