a whacker is someone that is not a LEO or an Emergency worker requiring or allowing the possession and installation of emergency equipment (lights, sirens, pushbar, etc). a poser in simpler terms, trying to make it look like a cop car.

Take off the CB whip, it's not used for anything.

The car looks good and already looks cop enough, do you REALLY need it to look more like a cop car?

The fact you drive a Crown Victoria already scares people. But it seems as if you like the feeling of people thinking your a cop. It wears off after a while, we all go through it at one time.

It's only useful to me when I'm going to the firehouse for calls. Other then that, I HATE people driving slow in front of me ! tantrum

I've never felt the urge to look like a cop.
