Looks good. But on a stock car, you won't really see any gains with the victor jr. In fact, you'll probably lose lots of top end. The PI intake manifold is really the perfect manifold for the crown victoria's powerband.

PI manifold? I've never heard of it. Have any more info on it?

The Ford "Performance Improved" or "PI" engine came on every 2001+ panther vehicle.
Just swapping the intake onto older cars is a popular mod that's fairly cheap and will pick up some power. Swapping the PI cams is also popular. And if you want to go all out, go for the trifecta and swap the manifold, heads, and cams onto your car. You'll get a compression bump and you'll make some nice power. Swapping the newer intake, heads, and cams onto an older engine will create what most people think is an ideal combo for these cars.
Here's the info on swapping just the intake.
