Well i wanted to build a motor from the ground up, so i went and bought a 94 5.0 of a truck, so as we get almost everything off and uncover the valve covers we see the gunk, and now i i don't know what to do if its total junk cause of the low oil distribution around the engine or i should keep it and boil it

if you're rebuilding it, as long as the block isn't cracked, you should be ok. most of what would be affected by it, you'll replace by rebuilding it. degrease it, then see what you have to work with.
