It won't add hp, but a high stall converter will make the car much faster. You do anything else the exhaust other than headers? If not, you could delete the rear cats and add high flow cats the the front. Won't give you huge hp gains, but with the mods you have, hard to think of other things you can do. Maybe there is a high flow water pump available, too.
